How Customers Book a Table
Step 1 - Customer Opens Your Reservation Page
They visit your restaurant’s ordering page, fill in their name, email, phone, date, number of guests, duration, and preferred time slot. Available times show based on your actual opening hours
Step 2 - Selects Time and Confirms
Customer picks an available time slot, adds occasion and special requests if needed, and pays the reservation deposit online card payment processed instantly
Step 3 - Instant Confirmation
Booking is confirmed immediately. Customer receives confirmation details by email. The reservation appears in MiDASH and syncs to MiPOS automatically

Instant Confirmation
Customer books and pays the reservation deposit online. Table is confirmed and reserved immediately — no staff action needed. Best for busy restaurants that want a fully automated booking process
SMS Confirmation
Customer calls to reserve a table — staff take the booking and send a payment link via SMS. Customer pays the deposit through the link and receives confirmation. Best for restaurants that prefer phone bookings but still want deposit payment secured
No Confirmation Required
Customer books the table with no deposit or payment needed. Booking is recorded and confirmed automatically. Best for casual dining or low-volume periods where a deposit isn’t necessary
